Danny’s Farm is a small-scale regenerative farm comprising of a small herd of cattle (Angus, Julia & Pebble), a small flock of chickens and ducks and two exceptionally charming dogs (Bryn and Tash), on rich & fertile volcanic paddocks just outside Daylesford, Victoria. Our mission is to provide delicious, seasonal meals and reconnect people with their food, the farmers who produce it and the delectable taste of fresh local produce.
We are devoted to producing sustainably grown food using organic and permaculture techniques, and grow seasonal heritage veggies, have a diverse fruit & nut orchard, holistically manage our cattle and poultry in a rotational system. We currently sell our delicious farm-baked produce at farmers markets in Daylesford, Ballarat & Melbourne.
Our current projects include fixing up our hand-built wood-fired pizza oven, and converting an old horse float into a food trailer, with the aim of serving meals made from produce grown on farm here and from our farming neighbours’ by early 2018.
